TOPIC: Stuff to do in NY and LA

As anyone in the community who knows me well is aware I'm an Aussie, currently on holidays in Vancouver / Canada and about to head on a 7 day cruise however once that's finished I fly to NY stay there a few days and fly to LA for few and back Australia I go, by any chance has anyone here got some good places to visit while in either city ?

Broadway Show
911 Memorial
Oculus Mall
Central Park
Rockefeller Plaza
Bryant Park
Battery Park
Grand Central Station
Empire State Building
Any bridge
and my favorite; be a hobo

Make sure to visit some of the good ramen shops and korean bbq in cali as well, hear great things about them.
