I'll leave it in-edited so you can get a fair view on it, this all started when I asked him to unarrest me, his response was 'huh naaah dude heard you're a dickhead' so I went to see him and confront him he was in a sit so I waited for it ti finish, Somebody next to me shot Emitt and instead of checking the logs he warns me for rdm in a sit.

After explaining to him it wasn't me he wouldn't have any of it I said just check the logs and see who killed you but his response was 'I have a fucking recording of you doing it' which is obviously bullshit because he never provided the video, then kebu shows him the logs and as you saw in the video he still didn't want to admit he was in the wrong instead calls me a 'cunt'

Thank you to kebu for helping me out he witnessed the whole thing so if you need more info contact him.
I know I was also in the wrong for getting a little annoyed but, this was a good 20 mins of this guys bullshit prior to recording.

Although I like Emmit as a person, his attitude as a staff member could do with a change.

I've been talking with him as I wanted to get to know him better as I felt all my digs against him with report abuses were one sided and I've found he's really been helpful and friendly, for example; when a dude was sharing my personal info in OOC on server one Emmit and Aqua were straight on and got the guy banned within the 10 minutes they joined.

I don't know why he decides to use words such as 'cunt' or what ever other words he desides to use, but I think he could change that.

Extremely immature and not how a staff member should handle themselves at all. Warns, or any other punishment for that matter, should be based 100% off facts, aka the server logs. Logs never lie. thats because if some one did something wrong preivously and repeats it they should be reminded of the past so they can change the future
