TOPIC: Server is Chaos

Honestly, it's pretty much always some kind of mass RDM in spawn and there's rarely any mod or admins that is there to fix the situation.

I've seen just now a guy who put down his printer just to attract cops and other people so that he has a valid reason to kill them,
which is actually FearRP since he is risking his life and valuables when he knows cops can see them (Don't know if rules says so but it is logically FearRP).

What I think can solve this problem is to either be stricter about rules in the spawn area, for example:
1. No violence, such as mugging or kidnapping, is allowed to occur within the spawn area (Except arrests).
2. Only Gambling, Shops and other non-violence RP is allowed within the Spawn area.
Because come on, who want's to be mugged, killed or anything like that when you've just joined the server or respawned?

But if that is too far or complicated since you'll need to update the rules then you can just simply tell mods and admins to be either more on duty or atleast check out spawn more often than not since it's where most players are and where a lot of rule breakings happen.

Either way, I haven't been on that many times but honestly I rarely see any admins or mods solving these things especially in the spawn area since they pretty much only RP and it takes me like 5-10 minutes to get a mod to answer my report only for the accused to have already left, leading to no punishment.
