TOPIC: My vip gone

Hello i had a vip, like 1 year ago.. now i am back 1 year later.. the whole vip system changed there was ranks of vips at the time i was playing.. now its gone, it was a permanent vip.

If you're sure you've already purchased ZARP VIP, you likely purchased it on another account. In this case simply log into your old account and make a post requesting a transfer to this one.

I dont think you guys understand me, i was playing in zarp 1 year ago. At that time the whole vip system was diffrent there was ranks of vip.. and those ranks were permanent. I purchased a permanent vip that time, now its gone.

The vip system is diffrent at his moment of time "the ranks are gone" i paid for that vip "permanent vip".

When you buy VIP you get a niche icon, which you don't have. Both the owners have also stated that they cannot see your VIP being connected to your account.

You are either confused or something went wrong. Considering the fact that you registredmon the forums a year ago, like you claim, something could have gone wrong. But the best way to check that is if you give us more information, such as a receipt.

Please send a Contact Us email (zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/contact) or reply here in the confidential tags with a screenshot of the purchase receipt. Make sure your name and email address is clearly visible in the receipt. The purchase receipt will be saved permanently under the 'My Activity' area in your PayPal account.
