If you try to RDM someone but fail to kill them it is still RDM. Regardless Michael admitted to breaking the rule in the post "It's just a little push to the car."
I was against the warn and that is why I discussed it with EiPUS and Doombringer, although I was not the staff member handling it, because I wanted the player to receive fair treatment. I then changed my mind because Michael did not own up to breaking the rule in-game during the sit with Doombringer and on the TeamSpeak when talked to.
