I purchased the bundle of 10 boosterpacks + the extra 3 promised by the site. I unfortunately did not receive the extra 3 boosterpacks is this is glitch and can they be sent to me?

When you buy one, costs 5 euros.
If you bought 10, did it cost 50 euros?
No, it cost 35€ because you got three free. Doesn't mean you get 13 boosters. Means you get 10 for the price of 7 if they were bought individually.
