getting scammed and wanting a refund?

If you got scammed then that counts as a rulebreak. I believe they don't refund rulebreaks... right?

well then how do i get them warned/banned/demoted?

I'd guess you'd use the warn appeal template and add a youtube link to a Video of them 'Scamming / Breaking Rules'

I believe this is the template to get them banned/warned.
