Well it could have still be a mistake because he was running in that direction when he was physgunned when you get physgunned its more than natural to click your mouse and you will throw the nitroglycerin whatever direction you are facing.

Since the admin was using a phys gun and dragged him to a roof, this means that an admin sit is occurring. Therefore whatever action Emmit does in this admin sit, is entirely his fault. He easily had the opportunity to not throw the grenade. The admin was trying to stop Emmit from continuing the mass rdm, however, Emmit clearly didn't listen to the admin, and he continued to mass rdm.

In the video you clearly see Emmit look at the little house, lets just assume that the admins' phys gun was the reason he was aiming there, Emmit still left clicked, during an admin sit.

WHy would he throw it at the building while he was being picked up by admin or higher. (even tho it didnt have a rp house)

Hey guys , Thank you all for all these replies.
SO, first of all, i want to start off. My entire story was based upon what i thought was what actually happened.

. And when i asked emmit till if it was his intention to throw the explosive up in the air like he did previously.
He confirmed that the intention was to throw it upwards and not into the crowd/ building.
Now after more proof has come to light, that sorle provided for me.( even though the audio is shit i managed to hear him say "I threw it at that building because it had no RP house")

(( i appologise if this was in previous videos. the audio was so difficult to hear that i might have missed that in the original report))

Staff and users together did a great job on this as even i have seemed to miss out on some of the stuff that you guys did see and i did not. ( or hear)

SO i appologise if my outcome was not what you desired. And in this case you all are right, he indeed seemed to have done it with the purpose of throwing it at the building.i realized this after sorle personally approached me with the new video.

I understand you guys are upset. I am also upset at this point because i was lied to by a staff member.
Onion and captin where there and they both heard the same thing. That when we asked emmit till if his intention was to throw it up in the air. he confirmed that it was his intention to throw it and catch it with his grav gun.

One more thing, He also had disgusting behaviour after Para talked to him, disrespecting Morgan over TS for trying to add to the conversation, and not apologising, completely disgusted with this and I'm sure para is also.
