So I ordered an i5 and a motherboard on my birthday and it arrived yesterday. I unwired everything, got the old motherboard out and put in the new one. Then as I tried to insert my rather shitty 8gb of ddr3 ram I found out the motherboard was ddr4. So after killing myself a few times, I took out the new board and put back in the old one. I proceeded to put everything back together and when I thought everything was done, it turned out it didn't work. Probably not gonna be active for a little while.
