Basically I would like a signature and I am willing to pay with Pointshop Points or SSRP Cash (Max $20,000,000).

Here's what I would like, I have a few backgrounds in mind but would only like one or two of them picked no more than two!

The font I would like for you to use is Gotham Ultra or something similar.

There is 3 things I would like to be in it which is;

Deathrun Moderator (Mod if it needs to be shortened)
Surf Admin
Grand Wizowd (Main Text)

I would prefer if the main text is sort of wobbling from side to side and would appreciate it if over the whole thing it had a subtle snow / rain effect.
