If you get 0 score it doesn't count your playtime. So, if you are on Spectator handling reports, you are not gonna get score nor time in your Gametracker. If you link me your Gametracker I'll take a look at it for the next few days. I'll also look at the last few days too. As far as I know GameTracker does bug out from time to time, though that shouldn't happen in consequential days. And sometimes it doesn't even track the whole game, it only tracks a few minutes..
