You are free to appeal again but if you do it right after it gets denied the chances will be lower to get it accepted. You are mistaken. You may appeal whenever you wish, although keep in mind that if you get denied appealing again instantly will not incresse the chances of it getting accepted. If you were told in the outcome of your denial reason to wait a certain amount time, it is recommended that you do so however you can appeal whenever you wish.
