Today there was a nuke and I bough a tgun I started dropping it, then once it got dropped some random person picked it up :S :S I spent 9mill and I lost it :/

Agreed with Deadmonstor, just holster wait 50 - 45 seconds then fire. It has a lower risk of failure. You can even work it into your Tgun bind ;)
