Suggestion Title: [TTT] x2 EXP

How would it benefit the server: VIP's get x2 XP like we get x2 pointshop points. Would be a nice addition and another reason to buy VIP also more money in Chutes bank.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Combining this and my suggestion, winning rounds with double experience is a great idea. I would make it for all players though.

Gaining more XP is not that great cuz then you will level up too fast. And trust me, when you are max level it gets boring because there is nothing to look forward too. More XP does not need to be added.
