Yes you can apply whenever you want. Just make sure to use the appropriate template for the server you are applying for!

If you have a staff rank on Zarp then you cannot have a staff rank on another server with the same gamemode

Moderator on SUrf but Admin on WW2 RP - Allowed
Moderator on SSRP and Admin on a Dark RP server - Not allowed
