Take minus supports with a grain of salt.

People are just telling you what to improve on nothing personal ( I hope )

A minus support means there is something you need to improve on. Be happy that they take the time to do that so you can work on those things to get accepted.

This is criticism on how you can improve if your taking offense from it then you obviously are not fit for staff.

if you think we hate you thats you alone, the is on points that you need to improve on, if you could improve on those things then it would turn into a

if you think criticism is hate i suggest you leave the computer alone for a while and focus on other things instead until you have become a bit more mature and learned to deal with criticism

Most of the minus supports included your low activity, attitude and other things, if you'd understand how life works then maybe you'd see that those are things for you to improve on, not things that people say because they hate you. I made the same mistake as you when I was 11, There's a difference between hate and criticism, trust me when I made posts like these you get a lot of shit back, We're giving you minus support because we don't think you are ready and we give you our opinion and what you can improve on. Take feedback as help, not hate.

Making an application for staff opens you up to criticism.
Expect to have people you, it doesn't mean they hate you only that you have something you need to improve on.
