TOPIC: Help with steam

Last night I couldn't connect to steam at all, I reset my router and my Pc a couple times each, it got to the point where I uninstalled Steam completely to try fix the problem,

Yet today it still seems to be happening, but as I have uninstalled steam I cant even open the launcher this time it just comes up saying 'Steam needs to be online to update. Please confirm your network connection and try again'

Don't know anything about this problem as I have never encountered it before, Pls no shit post I just need some help

Considering you've done everything I was going to recommend I'd try looking on the steam forums or just googling your issue. steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/828935673158964273/ If that still doesn't fix it then I would recommend resetting your PC, that fixes all problems.
