So I deleted TS3 as I had an Issue. It was currently on TS 3.0. I tried reinstalling and it said this; The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. If anyone can help or try and help me try and get TeamSpeak 3.0 as 3.1 doesn't work. 3.1 displays the error above when I try installing teamspeak.
