TOPIC: Question w/ Hyper

With the new introduction of the Hyper suit, you are now able to mark places and recall to them when ever. But it can also be viewed as an exploit. For instance hypothetically if you died during defending against a raid and you marked a spot before you died, would you be able to recall when you spawn? You still have NLR but its basically same purpose as a tactical?
Whats the rule on this

the only difference is that the tactical removes ur NLR when you spawn back in... If you die and spawn in spawn and come back its NLR regardless

Nowhere does it say that nlr doesnt apply on the new suit. The new suit teleports you, doesnt revive you.
