TOPIC: my friend didnt get his booster pack or cash case

hello im fear my friend braydon bought 2 booster packs and a cash case and e still hasnt got them. its been a least 2 weeks what does he do

If he just recently claimed them, then he will not have the x2 and cash case (even if he did buy it from that event, he has to CLAIM them during the event is still active) But if something is really wrong, then contact a Lead Team Member or CM

Was this purchase a gift for you or for their own account? If it's for a friend you should let them know that after purchasing they need to re-connect to the server. And once they've re-connected they can claim their Booster Packs under the Donate tab in the F4 menu.
