TOPIC: Still do refunds?

So i noticed that at some point you could come here to request refunds for items lost to bullshit. Below is a video of me being RDM'd and losing a nano, im not here to cry about it or get the guy in trouble, he was just meme'ing, but is there any way i can get that back? like... shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit...

Sadly if it's a rulebreak you will not get a refund, However I'm sure someone is feeling nice today and might hook you up!

Btw the person breaking the rules it you, your a mutant with a special suit on which is not allowed and you are Kosable that's why you got killed they did not break rules.

As DB said, you were a mutant and could be KOS'd.
Your broke 2 rules (Suit + gun as a mutant) and as a result you lost your item.

I am not sure if they used to do that. But there has been no refunds for rulebreakers the past 2 years

To clear things up...

Firstly you can't wear special suits as a mutant (Broke that rule...). Secondly mutants are KOS anywhere outside of their own spawn tunnel... Which concludes this topic as you were the only one that broke a rule.

Alright , Firstly We do not refund items for rulebreaks. We only refund items if it is a Server issue e.g the server crashes or a bug on the server. Mutants can't wear suits either so yeah. I'm going to lock this up. You can make a warn request if you want but just you let you know you broke the same rules .
