IKR DUDE xD . Everyone replies to other people's application a lot. But when it comes to mine. DERP, only 1 or 2 replies xD
TBH it doesn't make much of a difference because I was accepted to bhop mod even tho there was only 1 reply, so don't worry xd
Bhop is also a much smaller team, so don't expect many replies.
Anyways, I reply on the applications of people that I know. Either I have seen them in-game, on the forums or on TeamSpeak.
The problem is that replying equally detailed on everyone that applies is hard, as I usually don't know them very well. Plus, as Jordz has already said, it might also give false hope - not just on whether they'll get accepted, but whether you actually vote on them.
It has happened that I gave a +support on someone but in the end voted no. After all, I don't see everyone always and when a staff member mentions at the meeting that the guy was being extremely disrespectful, I usually change my mind.
Thus, I either respond on them to show that I care or to point out any form of critique on the person. This way it helps them most of all.
