Well mainly there's a few reasons I've learned over my years in the lead team and being close friends with Chute.

First, if they replied to SSRP Suggestions saying what was being added in 'x' update, it would be no surprise.

Chute and them reply to suggestions that are just out of reach a lot of the times. I recall an only suggestion asking for dinosaur's to be added for raid tools. If your application get's a lot of support, has a good reason to be added, chances are you'll see it on the server at some point.

Hope this cleared some things up.
