I keep having this beeping issue everywhere, ingame, on my desktop, but It seems to happen more often when im playing games.

your mic is muted on teamspeak, and you mic is registering noise. Unmute ur mic on teamspeak and problem should be solved

Almost not quite though. There is a setting in the sound options for teamspeak that lets you turn off the beeping sound when your mic is muted.
