I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT, That he VOIP MUTED HIM AND CHAT MUTED HIM FOR SAYING IT IN OOC, PLAYER 1 DID NOT USE VOIP HE USED OOC AND GOT 10 MIN MUTE IN BOTH????

Looks like a matter of disrespect and the moderator approaching the situation as best they could at the time. Maybe a bit more lenient with the chatmute, though. I'd say 5 mins at most.
