The only issue with that is the assembling part, its much trickier then the normal cooler but will be worth it as it cools so much better and turned my pc from a loud pc to a quiet pc were you wont notice if its on or off

Betetr wait for the new AMD CPUs! Or go for a sky/kabylake CPU or a second-hand Haswell i5, the 6300 is a bit obsolete imo, you'll need a quad-core for the most to not bottleneck the 970, also consider a 1060 man!
