Currently, We're only not speaking if we're doing stuff like spectating etc and actually helping out. I'm only in a public channel if I'm not needed or waiting for something/someone. The new CM stuff takes time to happen, Currently they're doing higher priority stuff then leave the lower stuff to a later date, I do agree with you on the sitting in spacers doing nothing however most of us actually are doing stuff.

Actually I said the opposite, forcing people out of spacers has no reasoning behind it at all.
