TOPIC: items disappearing from my shop!

well some of the items i got from purchasing 10 booster packs in Christmas wasn't there when i logged in today, 1st thing i did like usual when i return to the game is open my shop n see what items i still have and what not, but this time i opened the shop to see that i only have less items than i expected them to be, well i've opened both my inv and bank to make sure if i left them there before takin a break from the game,but unfortunately they're not there, all my winter gifts, around 10 festive boxes, 2 Santa suites n 2 of the animated girl suits that i came back for are gone! i've placed an F1 and the admin told me that its not possible for items to just vanish, and asked me if i could write it down in the forums. it made me really sad for this unexpected thing to happen. Wish anyone could help me !

the suits and the winter gifts are limited time items so it should disappear after Christmas but for the 10 festive cases you need to make a refund request if you are sure you didn't sell/open it !

I tried fixing this, but i couldnt.. Someone please help this guy

SyStem is the Admin who tried to help me and guided me here, he also asked me to try /refund in game but that didnt work :/

As Sadman said the special Christmas items are gone due to the update ending. As for the Festive Boxes it's odd as they are supposed to remain and I'm sure they won't magically disappear. You might've sold them/opened them/gifted them.
