TOPIC: Upgrade refund for stamina

My stamina is now level 2 but its not working, it's acting like i never leveled it up and it clearly said it ranked up to level 2 and it shows that it was apost to make my carry weight 15 yet it hasnt changed, please fix this and heres my proof
