Verify game cache, How to: Steam Libary > Garry's Mod > Right Click > Properties > Updates > Verify Game Cache. Disable Addons ~~How to:~~ Garry's mod Main Menu > Options > Multiplayer > Don't download any custom addons. Also moved this to the correct section!
