Suggestion Title: Gang Owner Transfer

How would it benefit the server:
Selling a gang can be a big thing once you have got loot and put money into the gang to get upgrades, I think that maybe adding an admin Middleman to help make sure people are not scammed for gangs or scammed trying to buy one since it can be a large amount of money after all. (Same as V.I.P sales)
Nothing needs to be added to the game but allowing people to buy and sell gangs safely would be a great help.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that i know of.

Simmy has his own gang but still has part ownership of the gang with me, him and Mix3rs.

A player can put a lot of time effort and money into a gang and to have that scammed in an instant would be such a huge loss. A middleman system for gangs should be a thing. Scamming of items is allowed but to allow scamming of huge organization has more of an impact, not only on the owner but on the members of the sold/scammed gang while scamming of items has little impact on anyone but the scammed and scammer. If gangs were allowed to be scammed following this suggestion I can see it causing considerable damage to the community.

no changes need to be made to the server and it's not often gangs are sold so not that big a burden on staff. I hazard a guess thatll be rewriting a rule or a new rule.

Gangs are RP and as RP Scam is obviously allowed there is no reason to change this. Admins middle-man VIP/Booster Pack trades to prevent scam of legal currency.

Ok maybe make it so admins/mods cant scam tho because it makes it 100% easier for them, i myself don't scam but from what i have seen being a mod/admin helps when scamming people,

Its not like its going to happen everyday or for that amount it could be alot smaller but anyone can apply for mod and do it purely to make money ingame rather than to do their jobs, i am not saying anything bad about any admins/mods atm but its something that could be easily done.
(Being mod/admin isnt the only way to scam using a gang but it is the easiest!)
20 - 40 f1s a day, gain trust off new users/old users and then scam them out of their money due to them trusting you because of your "rank"
Just something people may want to take into consideration.

+ Selling to only friends can be very hard if they do not have enough money or know how to run a gang but i guess your right there,tho the admins/mods should not be able to scam people on the server due to it making the admins and mods look bad.
