Suggestion Title: Remove Nexus skybox

How would it benefit the server: You can destroy props easier in nexus instead of having to risk your special weapons by going up the elvator

Potential Issues/Exploits: Maybe a small increase in lagg

Additional notes: As many of you know, nexus is the most popular basing spot at the moment, that is because its almost unraidable. The only way to destroy props is via the elevator shaft which is most of the time filled with M202 rockets
