Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (AKA RDM) is when a player randomly attempts to kill another for no reason. Also there is revenge RDM where another player trys to kill another for killing them which is also them breaking NLR. A scenario of this is server 3 spawn when there are no admins on and you can't even make it out of spawn.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is a when a player dies or is killed they cannot return to the same location for 3 minutes and also must forget everything from their past "life". A scenario of NLR is when someone is getting raided and killed, they must wait 3 minutes to return and also must forget what happened when they got raided.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is using Out of Character Chat(OOC) or other sources of out of game chats and using that in RP situations. An example of metagaming would be someone typing in OOC, "I have printers cops come raid me," and then the Police wanting them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would have to bring player Y up to a sit and here their part of the story. If he confessing then the proper punishments would be given. If he denies the accusation then I will have to request proof from play X to show that it was RDM. If no proof can be shown then no action can be taken on the matter.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Assuming the kills in the console are X kills Y, then Y kills X I would do the following. I would listen to player X's accusation on player Y and then talk to player Y and ask him if he knows what NLR is. If the answer is no then I will take the proper action and give him a verbal warning and then explain and tell the read the rules again. If yes then I will give him a verbal warning if it is his first offense and tell him to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will inform the player that he is metagaming and ask him to not use OOC to RP. I would take no further action unless it continues and causes problems.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): To start off, I play on server 3 the most and it seems to be in large need of administation. There are constant full spawn wars and propblock that take place in this server that make it unplayable. It also does not seem to be populated often by staff because most of them play on server 1. I would be a great addition to the staff because I would help to clean up this mess that occures so often on this server. In addtion I have 1100 hours on gmod, and I can say safely that at least 1000 of those hour are in DarkRP servers of various types. I have been Admin on a server that was starting up but kept getting DDOS so the owner shut it down. I was also well respected and played only on one server for many hours for about 4 years and helped the staff form rules and find bugs. I know the rules of DarkRP very well and would be a great addition to your staff. Thank you for your time and consideration.
