TOPIC: Can't join server 2

I was basing with my mate and then I got connection problem and I froze, I decided to leave the server because I knew it wasn't going to get better just sitting there, so now whenever I try to join s2 it just freezes on "Authenticating Steam" and nothing else....

Then how come my mate is still playing on the server just fine, he says there are 17 players online aswell

People who were already on the server before the entire Steam servers went down, including the authentication server which is rip you from getting onto any servers.

That's unfortunate
