I get harassed all the time if you want some help add me on Steam as I don't feel you need to stop playing but that is up to you, have fun.

Buy a ladder. Use the ladder to climb up their horses. Tell them "Could you come down from your horses?"

Otherwise they can't hear you when they're on their horses.
