I am having troubles with purchasing booster packs for my main man Kalll the card is loaded with 40$ USD and is READY to use the company says and when I put in all the correct information it says SORRY YOU CANNOT DO THIS AT THIS TIME CHOOSE ANOTHER METHOD and I'm currently EXTREMELY triggered.
EMP, RedPowder or Chute look into this tanks bbys

Why would you think there is anything we can do about this. This is a problem between you and paypal, use a less dogy card maybe?

Is it actually a card or a bank account? Last time I had it was when I was new on paypal so they needed to verify some shit.

Send the 40 from your bank account/card to your paypal account. Dont worry you only have to do this once. After that you can pay regularly again.
