TOPIC: Need help with my gmod textures downloading!!!!

My Garry's mod randomly downloaded loads of my old textures and there's like 500 of them and I don't know how to stop the download as it doesn't show on the steam client and it's fucking with my zarp textures need help urgently don't want to spent hours i unsubing everything thanks
