go to inventory > press nuke > drop > press E >start nuke

As slappy said, and once dropped, you need at least 5 cops and at least 20 players on the server.

Ohh yea, i remember last time i couldnt drop it cuz there wasnt five cops and there wasnt 20 people.

But warning it will take 13 minutes or 12 and there is no NLR on the nuke for cops! so its hard to defend it :)
