Hello,
This is me, Zeptic and I'd like to request to: Either get back my old account, or to get the VIP Badge on this account. I have VIP in-game so I don't see a reason why I shouldn't get my badge My lost account - My email is hacked, and I cannot retrieve my old account (It's name was something like "Zeptic Aka. Yes we can certainly transfer your ZARP VIP upgrade to your new account. What you need to do is log into the account with the upgrade and make a new thread requesting your upgrade to be transferred to this one. If you can't remember your login details for the account don't worry you can recover them here: zarpgaming.com/index.php/community/forgot-your-login/ Thank you! |

Hi RealZeptic,
Don't worry we can still recover your account for you and get your upgrade transferred. What you need to do is go to the Contact Form page here: zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/contact and submit a request including the following details: Username of account you want to recover, email address used to sign up with, name on the account and any other details you can remember about the account that will help us verify you as the owner. Once we verify you as the owner of the account we will reset the email address on record so you can recover it and set a new password. From there you will be able to make a thread requesting the transfer of your ZARP VIP upgrade. Thank you! |
