TOPIC: Is there anyway to refund a Ion Cannon?

Is there anyway to get my Ion Cannon back?I was testing out the Ion cannon I got out of a Magik Box from a token from a booster pack,then I shot it at my bank raid dupe and I was about 5 meters back and I didn't know how far the blast would go so I shot it and the blast reached me and killed me when I had the Ion Cannon on me so I am trying to see if there is anyway that I could get it back or someone could me nice enough to give me one.Thank You for reading my post.
