TOPIC: The problem with the DarkRP server.

*DISCLAIMER* In no way am i trying to tell yall how to run your server, ultimately the decision to change anything is your choice.

So, most of you might not know me, but I'm opty. I'd call myself a bit of a darkrp veteran, with over 2000 hours in gmod, so let's just say I know my shit.

I've been playing on the server for a week now, and I've found a problem. The server itself is great, with the skills and the cool custom items and stuff.
The problem i have found, is that staff either
A. Don't do shit for the server
B. Don't respond to f1 reports unless specifically asked.
or
C. Are "too busy"

So, as of right now, (11/26/16 at 1:25 MST) The server is going to shit. There have been many f1 reports put in, but to no avail, the mass rdmers are taking over the server. I'm not trying to report the incident, I'm trying to help fix the system so that things like this don't happen again.

So there are a couple good ways to fix this.
1. A better report system.
Basically we could have a better report system, My reasoning behind this is because if staff need to be specifically asked to respond to the f1 reports, then the f1 reports aren't doing their job to properly notify the staff online.

2. Be harsher with the punishments for admins not doing their job.
Just start demoting people that arn't active.

Atm there is a staff meeting going on so not many staff can contain the server propperly as having to vote in the meeting. But yeah.

me and the rest of the staff team try out best to handle rulebreakers and we always need more staff members since there is 120 people on all 3 zarp servers at a time

If you find people neglecting their position you have every right to make an official complaint towards them via the report abuse section. Alongside their staff meeting they're having right now, I doubt many of them are multi-tasking and want to focus on the meeting.

Yeah, and i got that. But I put in a f1 report more than 40 minutes ago, and with 9 staff on, it's unacceptable for that report to not be responded to for 40 minutes

If a member is inactive, he/she will be demoted.

Hey buddy, just to clear things up there is a meeting every Saturday night for SSRP Applications to be discussed. Staff Members might be in-game but they're AFK in the meeting, which is a priority. Also, the F1 system is quite good and well organized, so you don't have to worry about that.

I would like to apologize for any inconveniences, staff are on the servers now.

My problem isn't that this stuff was only happening during that time period of the meeting, it's that its always happening,;.
