Sorry if someone already asked this, might of missed it..

An old friend of mine called me uzi (pronounced you-zee, not sure how I'd spell it) as a sort of funny twist of my actual name. It since then changed to uzi [oozi] and it's just stuck as an alias ever since. I even have it on the back of my school leavers hoodie lmao.

Care to share your future plans for the improvement of the SSRP staff team and SSRP in general?
Warning: Spoiler![ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ]
I'll break down your question into two parts:
What your future plans for the improvement of the SSRP staff team?
As stated in my Head Admin application, I explain that I intend to improve the quality of training provided to newly accepted/promoted staff members by re-creating the training guides the lead team have access to.
While the content of these guides will largely be the same, I believe the structure alongside some content in particular could be re-done or added to as a QoL improvement. These new-ish guides will hopefully let lead team members effectively train newly accepted/promoted staff with stronger foundations rather than having to remember bits and pieces as I have found myself when training staff.
The theory is that, if these guides are used by the lead team, the quality of service provided by moderators/admins should improve as they are not having to rely on other staff members for as much as they sometimes are. We should still aim for staff to work together; that is an absolute necessity however, if we can guide staff in the right direction from the get-go, they can avoid making mistakes early on and improve their knowledge/skills as staff.
Additionally, once these guides have been completed, I aim to oversee training sessions to ensure they are not only being hosted well and up to standard but the trainees are paying attention and retaining the information that is being shared to them. We could add short quizzes to the end of training sessions to test a trainee's understanding.
Finally, as a Head Admin, I am expected to have a great deal of knowledge surrounding staffing and the rules. Much like any lead team member, I should be prepared to answer any and all questions that may come my way regarding things like: what's the best way to handle X? how to I talk to a staff member about a dodgy warning as a non-lead team member? etc.
Staff members (and regular players) are more than welcome to contact me directly with any questions/concerns/issues they may have. I might not be able to directly solve the issue but I am more than happy to listen to what they have to say and help them where I can. My Steam/Discord links are in my signature for this reason alone, so I can be contacted somehow at any time.
What are your future plans for the improvement of SSRP in general?
Personally, I feel like we need to achieve two key things for SSRP this year/early next year: make the server more accessible/enjoyable for new/worse-off players and find a use for server 2/3.
I'd quite like to see some new jobs or tweaks to existing jobs that make the experience more interactive. I'd like to move away from rewarding players for being AFK, I want players to interact with each other more whether that's raiding, completing minigames to do jobs, participating in new events.
I think we need to find new concepts for seasonal updates for the server as I think people are getting bored of the whole X wheel update, it's a cool idea and is very unique to ZARP but I think we need to explore new ideas for big updates like these.
In regards to S2/3, it's a tough call. I know Clarky, Nafe, Jamie and I have been looking at new maps that we could use instead of Rockford. I also liked DEAD's idea of a server that would be on a 'experimental branch' of the SSRP gamemode which things removed/added that wouldn't be on other servers, effectively like a PTR for a game like Overwatch.

cellular mitosis
what’s the difference between mitosis and meiosis
Mitosis and meiosis are both processes which describe the production of new cells. Mitosis produces 2 daughter cells which are genetically identical to the parent cell. Each daughter cell is diploid (contains the normal number of chromosomes). This is the result of DNA replication and 1 cell division. Mitosis is used in growth and asexual reproduction. Meiosis produces 4 daughter cells, each of which are unidentical to the parent cell and to one another. Each daughter cell is haploid (contains half the number of normal chromosomes). This is the result of DNA replication, followed by crossing over of homologous chromosomes and separation of chromosomes. There are two cell divisions: the parent cell divides once and then each cell produced by this first division divides once. Meiosis is used to produce gametes (sperm and egg cells), the cells of sexual reproduction. Two gametes fuse to form a zygote, a diploid cell with the full number of chromosomes.
I feel I don't get along with certain people likely because we've gotten off on the wrong foot but people will always find a reason to dislike you, especially as someone in my shoes who can dish out punishments on Deathrun, SSRP, Teamspeak and the forums.
Not bad man, going to view a house later today. Getting on the property ladder and that
Ahh good luck dude, I am planning to live on my own when I go to Uni, and when I finish, so I have another four years of education left D:
Anyways, good luck property hunting
How to do feel about SSRP's current player count and how the numbers are dropping?, Do you think there are ways this can be fixed?
I'm envious of what SSRP used to be. Back when I first joined the community in 2016/2017, SSRP on average had so many more players; at a time in which I wasn't interesting in playing SSRP at all sadly.
Since my return, the average player count has obviously declined and it's sad to see that happen. So many people who once enjoyed being a part of this community have left and there doesn't seem to be many new people sticking around for any length of time.
Do I think think there's things we can try to fix this? Absolutely. Not sure if I can share what we're doing at the moment however Clarky has been keeping the lead team occupied by asking for ideas and testing things behind the scenes. Nothing is set in stone at the moment but we've definitely got some good ideas in the air for what to do with server 2/3.
I also quite like DEAD's idea of server 2/3 being on a 'experimental branch' of the gamemode that would have some thing added/removed that would be unique to that server alone. Aside from that, I think we need to find ways to keep new/worse-off players involved and engaged as it's very difficult to raid or base without having a super experienced player with lots of specials shit on your parade.

Is there intelligent life elsewhere in the universe?
Do you believe in (a) God?
What comes out of all the war and killing?
Why don’t we find signs of intelligent life in the rest of the Universe?
Do you believe in "life after death"?
Do you think it will ever be possible to travel as fast as light?
1. Not sure, it would be a double-edged sword if there was but also disappointing if there wasn't.
2. I used to consider myself an atheist but now I'm more of an agnostic.
3. Death and suffering that could have been averted.
4. I'll let Neil DeGrasse Tyson explain that one, cause I very much agree with him:
5. I don't believe in the typical "life after death" scenario, I believe that when you die you're reborn as another person with no previous recollection of your past lives; a mangled version of Hinduism.
6. I'm doubtful - Einstein said himself it was impossible so /shrug
5. I don't believe in the typical "life after death" scenario, I believe that when you die you're reborn as another person with no previous recollection of your past lives; a mangled version of Hinduism.
then surely, that's just someone else?
also, if people were only born into this world after they had previously died, wouldn't that mean there's always the same amount of people on the planet?
