hey guys
u know i used to be very upset and i used to get bullied in real life and on the internet for being overweight
im 178 cm and i used to weight around 78 kgs
i was so sad till i looked at paramontanas goal thread
my life changed so much after that
he inspired me and gave me motivation
after that i have lost a lot of weight and im not overweight anymore
thanks paramontana ur my inspiration

He inspired me to to work out during the summer and i lost a lot of weight,
i am around 183 cm and used to be 95kg
Now im down to 80kg but did a lot of heavy weight lifting to wich contributed to a bit of weight gaining but overall look and feel a lot better, i think i made a post a while ago with pictures but cant find the thread

Boogie2988 does a lot of coverage about his battle with weight problems and he frequently does vlogs about how he's getting on. I suggest giving his videos a watch if you're looking for extra motivation.
