Still it's about time someone said something though.

At the end of the day people are gonna hate other, mabey out of jealousy or just because they dislike them, para has worked hard in the community and deserves these ranks, his dedication and hard work has help so many people some still here and some have left. People only say thing behind their backs because they are to scared to confront them and have a civil conversation with them on why they dislike them or belive they do not deserve their ranks.

I don't know the deal with Paramontana but I think you're way exaggerating with Slanger's situation, with what I've seen on your replies to yet another one of his repetitive threads.

Bud, I have witnessed first hand how people treat him behind his back and I can assure you it is not exaggerated, think about this he has needed help for quite a while on deathrun but he never wanted to ask for it to prove himself to the people who do not like him that he can do his role as an admin effectively no matter how much he tries I see people still being mean to him, as far as I know I am the only one who have given up my time to help him to improve, if you've played with Banana for sometime you would realise how others treat him and I look out for him because I don't like my friends getting hurt but, it is your opinion if you believe it is exaggerated then it is in your eyes but nothing will stop me from helping out my friends.

Don't think they say Para don't deserve something. I think they are just jalouse, Para is very dedicated and a great guy. He hard worked on all servers and he is now staff on all servers. He is really someone who deserve hus position. And about banana, he need to takes his decision, I won't choice for him. Yes he did mistakes but by making this post banana I think you know what you want, you're just trying to see if it's the good decision. The good with mistakes is that you can learn about it, and after you will don't fo it again. Last time you wanted to resign, yea I know it was hard the thing that appened to you and I said to you don't do it. There will always be hate you can't avoid it especially if you're staff as you punish people and they get annoyed and or angry. When applying for staff people need to know what comes with it hate is one of them. It cannot be avoided but you can ignore it.

I'm not even going to get involved in Bannana's drama however if you think me personally is hatting him then add me on steam and I'll gladly talk to you.

That is true Sally, although if it is mainly the staff team that says the bad things about other staff members it is just silly they're mean't to be a team.

Jordan, I know you're a nice guy and I was not implying that you did anything I am talking about the staff from deathrun and the players who are either staff on different servers who criticise him even though he is trying either way I have spent well over 2 hours creating a set of instructions for him that will help him handle situations better.

Seriously though, I'm sure this post was made with the best intentions but I believe they can stand up for themselves when they think it's necessary.

Seriously though, I reckon a signifcant amount of the "haters" are just jealous. Para has his fingers in a lot of pies, but he hasn't been allowed to do so without applying and working for it like everybody else.

Some people do it because para applies to a server then fly's through the ranks because he is trusted and ect.

The people think they are doing a good job as well as him so they find it unfair which I can see what they mean but para is trusted with the rank so it is given to him
