TOPIC: A Miracle Happened (My Little Story)

Okay so, as some of you might know, I've had a depressing time lately since I've found out that my aunt (the last one alive) has breast cancer, and she had it for a few months but no one wanted to tell me since they knew I would be very sad.
Basically, I was very moody in the last weeks, because when I found that out - I thought we won't have a chance for her to stay alive since the doctors said that her situation is bad. I've been strugelling, I was very sad, and I've lost all my hope.
2 of my aunts died of cancer and 2 of my uncles. Also 2 of my grandparents.
I came to a point where I hated cancer, and everytime I heard it - I had a terrible feeling in my stomach. It is devastating disease.
Today, I got a call from my father. He said he has some news about my aunt. I was very shaky, I was kind of ready for the worst and I was very anxious. But after all this...
He tells me this: "Your aunt's surgery is over. She is healthy, and she defeated cancer.
Tears of happiness appeared, and I couldn't be more happier than I was at those minutes. This day, is a miracle for me.
This kinda tought me, that no matter what - never lose your hope. No matter how many bad situations you had, you need to try your hardest to stay strong and stay positive!
If anyone you love is struggling with this terrible disease, I want to tell you that you need to stay strong - there is still hope.

I try and never give up hope but most of the time it doesn't work.

Good to hear your aunt is fine, cancer is fucking horrible I'm actually doing a boxing event to raise money for a charity which fights against cancer

Great news! She is definitely a very strong woman. Cancer is terrible and you are right, we should never lose hope no matter what.

My uncle is suffering from MS ( A Actual Disease ...) , although it is different it is still equally devastating , 3 of my relatives have died from cancer , so I know the sad part of the feeling , no one is my family has survived cancer so I sadly don't know that feeling

But hey !!! Its great new , you should celebrate with your aunt and family !!!!

That's great news to know she is ok and healthy now, I have had a couple relatives that battled with cancer but unfortunately not all were so lucky. I hope your ok as well .
