TOPIC: I got 3 golden bp's but i didnt get it in my inv

So i opend a few bp cases and i got 3 golden bp's and when i looked into my inv i didnt have it in there now i did a f1 and talked whit an admin and he asked me if i had any proof and sadly i did not have it, the admin said to make a post about it so here i am, i had 2 thunderhammer bp's and 1 gauss rifle bp. i was hoping i could get these back thanks.

If you have proof of you getting it (screenshots, video) provide it, and make an f1 like: Head Admin To me/Refund Request or whatever and they will be there as soon as possible!
They've fixed the glitch.
