So I have a question. Some hours ago I bought 10 boosterpacks for the halloween update. I claimed them in-game and tough I would have halloween boosterpack items. Then I looked in my inventory and didn't had anything like I tough I would have. Then I noticed that the halloween boosterpacks weren't out yet. So I was pretty mad. I really hope the server owners can change my 10 normal boosterpacks to 10 halloween boosterpacks.

Hi Fuzzy,
We are very sorry for this problem. We have now resolved this issue, and the 10 Magik Box items have now been added to your inventory. You will need to re-connect to the server in order to see these items in game. This should not have happened and as a goodwill gesture we have added a free Booster Pack to your account which you will be able to redeem upon re-connecting.

I do have the boosterpack but not the 10 Magik Cases.

I reconnected and it said this:

[ZARP Booster Pack] Successfully claimed 1 booster pack(s). Your cash, cases, gems, and upgrades have been applied!

I only got one instead of 11.

He gave you 10 Magik cases + Another boosterpack
