Of course that's not okay. If staff are RPing and there's F1s in need to be handled then I would expect them to be handled, otherwise you should report them to a higher up staff to deal with.

Yea you have come to me many times with these issues when I am on I make sure they get done. Try and report specific people to a lead team member or on the forums that would help greatly!
