SO the past week one of my nerves in my back has been trapped, it's not a new thing for me, as i have a nerve trapped in my neck causing issues in my shoulders.
This past week and a bit the nerve on the left side of my back, on my Scapular(Shoulder blade) has been trapped, it's been causing pain all week, however last night it got worse. Breathing hurts, moving hurts, sitting hurts, doing anything hurts. Even though there are a fair few negatives with this, there is a positive. The back pain has made me realize, simply movements as sitting up, or stabilizing my self, have been done by my back heavily, so it has made me realize i need to focus on keeping my core engaged. This shows with every negative there is a positive. So here is some advise, When doing anything, keep your posture, and if you have pains, get them sorted and don't just fight through it, you never know you might end up like me, having nerve issues(Can cause Feeling loss, atm my back has low feeling) Now i am going to go play on my toaster xD. -ANon |

It's good to see the positive side to things, this is a good example. Good luck with the trapped nerve, hopefully it will be fixed soon! Thanks morgan Ye it should be fine soon, if it doesn't i'll have to go to the doctors, and then get it all sorted possibly a chiropractor xD My core will be on fire by the end of the day though lol -Anon |

Gym/BodyBuilding is one of the things i enjoy. However, the nerves were caused by injury, which is why my shoulder/FrontDelt does not activate 100% anymore. my core srength and overall strength is fairly high, it's just i naturally use other muscles to stabilize my self atm 1000 why not Over 9000 xD -Anon |
