you don't need 3tb of storage or 32gb of ram, go with a 16/8gb kit of ram and a 1 tb HDD/240gb SSD and see if you can get a 1070, huge upgrade from 1060

Ditch the ram and HDD space and go for a 1070 and a better CPU.

1. Drop the 32gb for 8/16gb
2. DO NOT get a z77 motherboard. You cannot overclock your cpu, and z77 is an overclocking chipset. Try to find a good h77 motherboard.
3. If you don't have over 100+ games you like to have installed all at once, trade the 3tb for a 2tb
4. You don't need 750w for this build, 600 will be fine.
